Khloe Kardashian Jicama “Fries”

 

 

Recipe:

Jicama Fries

1 large jicama or 2 medium sized, sliced in thick cut “fries”
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1/2 pepper
1/2 garlic powder
1 tsp paprika

Dipping sauce:

1/4 cup greek yogurt
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tsp cajun seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Peel and slice the jicama into thick cut “fries”. Place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, and all the spices. Stir until all the fries are coated with oil and spices. Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 min, flipping half way through.

Dipping sauce: Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir.

Serve fries with dipping sauce.
