Would this be considered low in carbs? I have a friend whose hubby is on a low carb diet and I would love to suggest something that for a treat that is so natural. Most of what he eats, even though considered low carb, probably isn’t good for him and I know he’s been craving sweets. Thanks

    1. Tonya- It still has carbs in it but better for you carbs such as the honey, and bananas! It is a much healthier dessert than the traditional cheesecake/cupcake!

how long are they good for?

    1. Hi Neita, they actually taste great when they are refrigerated overnight! But for maximum freshness no more that 2-3 days!
