Berry Crunch Bowl

We love making smoothie bowls, they are a nutritious way to start off your day, have as an afternoon pick me up or refuel after a workout! We added Naked Whey for a boost of protein!

Recipe:

1 cup chopped kale or baby spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop Naked Whey protein powder
1 cup almond milk (or of choice)
1½ cups frozen mixed berries
½ frozen banana

Directions:
Blend the ingredients together until they reach your desired consistency. Pour the mixture in a bowl and top as desired. Top with berries, almonds, bananas and chia seeds.
