Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

This pudding is non-dairy, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, and paleo! It’s creamy and dreamy! Chia seeds are high in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, minerals, fiber, and also help regulate blood sugar levels!

Recipe:

-2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
-3/4 cup chia seeds
-1/4 cup honey
-1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 tsp kosher salt

Directions:

Whisk all the ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Place in a bowl and top with your favorite fruits and/or nuts!
