Chicken Stir Fry

This simple stir fry recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner! We used Superior Switchel Orange Maple, ginger infused beverage to give this stir fry an extra ginger kick


-1lb chicken breast, diced
-1 onion, rough chopped
-1 red bell pepper, rough chopped
-1/2c muchrooms, chopped
-1/4c soy sauce or coconut aminos
-1/4c Superior Switchel, Orange Maple
-2 tsp garlic, minced
-2 tsp ginger, minced
-1 tblsp honey
-1 tblsp arrowroot starch or cornstarch
-1 tblsp water
Olive oil


Make sauce: whisk together the soy sauce, Switchel, ginger, garlic, and honey. Set aside.

Over high heat add olive oil and cook chicken breast just until no longer pink. Remove on a plate and set aside.

Return the pan to stove top. Add olive oil, onions, peppers, and mushrooms, sauté for a couple minutes. Add chicken back to the pan and stir until everything is combined. And add soy sauce mixture. Let cook for a couple minutes. Combine the starch with water and stir into the stir fry. Let thicken for a minute. Serve over brown rice.
